Commentary on the Toponym:

Ocrocenaurio (Abl. separativus) ist eine Verschreibung aus Acroceraunio (bzw. Ad Acroceraunia).

Korrekte Namensformen:

Acroceraunium quae et Butrehntos Guido 112.

Ebenfalls verballhornt:

Gemeint ist hier die Straßenstation am Übergang über das - auf der TP nicht markierte - Keraunische Gebirge (heute: heute: Karaburun), 607 m über n. N. (s. ItMiller 563), benannt nach dem Kap Acroceraunia/Acroceraunium, das als Nordwestausläufer dieses Gebirges in die Adria ragt. Auf der TP erscheint das Kap fälschlich als Insula Acrocer auf 6A2.

Ein Streckenabschnitt wurde hier durch eine unbeschriftete Chicane als zwei eingetragen

Die Distanzangabe stimmt mit ItAnt 324,4 überein. In Wirklichkeit beträgt die Strecke gut 87 km auf der moderenen Straße (ca. 80 km Luftlinie). Wenn man bei der gemeinsamen Vorlage von ItAnt an dieser Stelle einen Zahlendreher aus LXI (61) annähme, wären die Angaben zuteffend. Allerdings läge eine gemeinsame Quelle nur hier zugrunde, jedoch nicht beim folgenden Streckenabschnitt (s. Hammond 1967, 690).
