Note that on the ground, to judge by BAtlas Map 67, the map`s three separate routes into Samosata from Heracome, Svgga and Zevgma are in fact one as they approach Samosata.

Miller, Itineraria, Sp. 765:
Heracome, Jaracopama (Ra) [cf. τὰ κόμανα και τὸ τῆς Ἐννοῦς ἱερόνὃἔκεινοιμᾶκαλοῦσιν (St); berühmter Tempel der einheimischen Göttin (St, App B Mithr); cf. Ma in Mastaura, Mazaca; coma in Comana, Comagene und hier];
j. Ruinen von Sendschirli.
Die Fortsetzung deutet nach Samosata, ohne jede weitere Angabe; wahrscheinlich ist, daß eine größere Strecke ausgelassen worden ist, entweder mit Anschluß an Dolica oder vielleicht Über Germanicia. Im It 190 ist die Verbindung nach Dolicha:
Von Nicopolis bis Aliaria 13; j. Kävär; n. a. Türbe Hökesh, Ruinen mit mohammedanischem Heiligtum;
inde Gerbedisso 15; j. Sarykaja.
inde Dolicha 20 — Strecke 109, wo die Fortsetzung bis Samosata.
