Kommentar zum Toponym:	Kommentar (Talbert): The second "S" (different in form from the first) is surely a capital signifying the start of a new word, even though there is no stop after Aqvis. Miller, Itineraria, Sp. 94: Aquis Segete, Aquis oder Aque (Ra). – Eine Gottheit Segetia oder Segesta (Pl, Macrob, Saturnin, August. de Civ. Dei IV 8). Segete = Segustavorum? J. Moingt (1 km südlich von Montbrison). Bad, kalte Mineralquellen. Nach anderen: St. Galmier (Greppo, Etudes archéol. sur les eaux thermales etc. S. 85) 17, die Zahl ist zu hoch, es sind ca. 12. Bei Usson-en-Forez wurde 1 Meilenstein mit Entfernung M. 14 (es sind Leugen) von Reuessione gefunden. I: 8867.
